So many of us don't have time to go to a gym. And many people actually don't like gyms, where everyone is checking out how you are exercising and whether you are doing it right.
This is a great home workout, easy to do at home, in the comfort of your living room or bedroom! All you need is a chair. Do 10-12 reps of each exercise and 3-6 rounds of the whole workout, with 45sec rest between each round. FORM IS KEY, so if you are not sure, ASK ME!
